How do I enroll and when do I get access?

Access is typically instant.

After checkout, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your login link and onboarding steps. If you already have an account, the course appears on your dashboard immediately.

  • Make sure the email address at checkout is correct.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 14‑day refund window from the date of purchase for most single‑purchase courses.

To keep it simple, send us:

  • the email used at checkout,
  • the course name,
  • a short note on what didn’t match expectations.

Refund processing time depends on your bank, typically 3–10 business days.

Can I get an invoice or receipt for my payment?

Receipts, billing details, VAT/tax fields.

When we improve lessons, add worksheets, or clarify modules, your dashboard updates automatically—no extra fees.

Playback works on mobile, tablet, and desktop. If a course includes live sessions, recordings are typically posted within 24 hours.

Are these courses beginner-friendly? How much time do I need?

A common pace is 2–4 hours/week (videos + reflection + exercises). You can also binge lessons and revisit later—nothing expires.

Do you provide certificates of completion?

Some courses include a downloadable certificate once you complete the required modules.

If a certificate is included, you’ll see a “Certificate” tile on the course dashboard after completion. If you don’t see it, message support with your account email so we can verify progress.

How do you handle privacy and emails?

We use your email to deliver course access, important updates, and support responses.

Optional newsletters always include an unsubscribe link. Account-related emails (password reset, purchase confirmation) may still be sent because they’re essential to service delivery.
