2. Eligibility & Accounts

4. Purchases & Payment

The Service may offer paid products (including digital courses, downloadable materials, subscriptions, or live sessions). By placing an order, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method.

• Prices, taxes, and availability may change without notice to the extent permitted by law.
• Some offerings may be delivered immediately after purchase (e.g., digital access).
• If recurring billing applies, you authorize us to charge each billing period until cancellation.

You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider (e.g., foreign transaction fees).

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on the type of product and how it is delivered. Unless required otherwise by law, the following rules apply:

Digital content (instant access/download)

• When access is delivered immediately, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted, except where required by law.
• If access fails due to a technical error on our side and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you may request a refund.

Subscriptions

• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals.
• Unless required by law, partial-period refunds are not provided for unused time.

Live sessions (if offered)

• Rescheduling may be available if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• No-shows or late cancellations may be non-refundable.

6. License & Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, and course assets provided through the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased materials for your personal, non-commercial use only.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sublicense, or resell the materials.
• You may not remove watermarks, copyright notices, or access controls.
• Any unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

7. User Content

If the Service allows you to submit content (such as comments, messages, or assignments), you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display it solely for operating and improving the Service.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event will our total liability for all claims relating to the Service exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if you have not made any payments, whichever is greater, unless otherwise required by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or created risk for us or other users.

• Termination may result in loss of access to purchased materials where allowed by law.
• Sections intended to survive termination will continue to apply (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability).
